AWARDS AND INCENTIVES TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on awards and incentives website and to commercial invoices relating to all purchases. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to change these T&C’s at any time. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to ensure that you understand the purchase agreement you are about to make.
THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
You will have the opportunity to check and amend any errors in your order up until you click the make your payment button.
After you submit your order you will be presented with an Invoice/reference number and details of the product/s you have ordered. Please note acceptance of your order will only be given on receipt of your payment. You will be informed if your payment cannot be authorised for any reason and will invite you to make payment by another method.
All prices, special offers and product shown are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable or is out of stock you may be offered an alternative.
IMPORTANT: Awards and Incentives always try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, however occasionally an error or typo can occur. If we discover an error or typo in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time or offer an alternative option.
BRANDING INSTRUCTIONS: NB – Awards and Incentives will not accept any responsibility to correct or amend typed spelling instructions. We reserve the right to amend the layout to suit the size and shape of the item being engraved. If you wish to check your order prior to manufacture please request a proof, this will be supplied free of charge on most products, BUT may delay shipping of your item/s.
ENGRAVING COSTS: Prices quoted are based on single area/side engravings. If an item is requested to be engraved in multiple areas this will be subject to POA (Price on Application).
NON WEB-SHOP - TELEPHONE/EMAIL ORDERS: Awards and Incentives do not accept responsibility for any errors with your order when placed via email or verbally over the telephone. In these cases it is advised you request an artwork proof for review/approval prior to commencement of production.
URGENT/EXPRESS ORDERS: Unless a specific delivery date is requested on order placement, our express dispatch service will commence from your approval of your visual artwork proof. We will NOT supply a proof to confirm your engraving layout if a specific date is requested and it risks delaying a requested delivery date. Awards and Incentives do not accept responsibility for errors when proofs cannot be supplied due to time/manufacturing constraints on urgent or express orders.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES:
All prices and charges on the Awards and Incentives website are in UK sterling. They exclude VAT, and delivery charges. Delivery charges are exempt from VAT.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the chosen delivery option, plus vat at the standard UK rate (currently 20%). All these costs are clearly set out in your shopping basket before you submit your final order.
Deliveries outside the UK will be charged according to the destination and are POA. An approximate cost can be provided on request.
All deliveries will be dispatched by “signed for” courier delivery.
If you are unable to check your goods on delivery, please write unchecked on the delivery paperwork before signing. You must notify us of any discrepancies found with your order within 3 working days and retain all packaging.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days of placing your order or on approval of your artwork. This is subject to stock availability and the quantity of your order. We will advise you of a revised delivery date if we cannot deliver within the aforementioned schedules.
We will not accept responsibility for goods delayed by the courier’s delivery schedules or failings
ARTWORK: Awards and Incentives will endeavour to email artwork proofs within 2 working days of receipt of paid order, or within 1 day if selecting the Express Print Service. Please ensure that you amend/approve your artwork as soon as possible in order to achieve your specified dispatch date. We do not accept responsibility for late approvals which delay the dispatch date. NB. PDF Artwork Proofs will be emailed to you in the design layout that will be produced by our engraving production team. It is important that you do not approve artwork unless it matches your requirements exactly. Due to the volume of orders we will not accept responsibility for artwork not authorised for production, it is imperative that your email address is correct and that you monitor your emails for artwork/production/dispatch information to avoid delays.
VALUE ADDED TAX: All orders are subject to VAT charged at the current rate.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS POLICY: You may return all faulty items within 7 days for a full refund or replacement once this has been AGREED with our customer services team. Engraved or personalised goods, packing and carriage charges will not be refunded.
Plain Stock items may be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order at anytime up to your order being engraved usually, however once the production/design proofing process has started your order will be subject to the standard artwork/origination and admin charge (£25.00 + VAT).
Non engraved items may be subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
DAMAGED GOODS: If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will advise you of the carrier and tracking number for you to make a claim.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY. This is a secure website and your details are held securely by PayPal a third party payment service provider. PayPal has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
